Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience for scuba diving?

No prior experience needed. We use PADI-certified instructors who provide complete training before the dive. The dive depth for beginners is 8-10 meters with the instructor holding your hand throughout. Age limit is 10-60 years with basic fitness.

Is Dudhsagar Waterfall trek difficult?

The trek is moderate - about 1 km through forest terrain. It is suitable for most fitness levels including children above 8 years. The jeep ride handles the difficult terrain. Pregnant women and those with heart conditions are advised not to attempt.

What safety measures are in place for water sports?

All our partner operators are licensed with proper safety certifications. Life jackets are mandatory, equipment is regularly inspected, and trained professionals accompany every activity. We have emergency contacts and first aid ready at all times.

Safety was my main concern with water sports and this team addressed it perfectly. The instructors they partnered with were clearly professionals - proper briefings, quality equipment. When waves got rough during our jet ski, they immediately called us back rather than pushing through for photos. That responsibility gave me confidence to try scuba diving the next day.

Great coordination between different activity providers. The pickup times were exactly as promised. Our guide for Dudhsagar was knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic. Only giving 4 stars because the lunch portion at spice plantation was smaller than expected, but the team acknowledged this and gave us a partial refund without us even asking. That's integrity.

I've done many adventure trips and coordination is usually the weak point. Not here. Timings were tight but everything flowed smoothly - scuba equipment was ready when we arrived, jeep for Dudhsagar was waiting at the exact spot. The team even arranged waterproof bags for our phones without us asking. They anticipate needs rather than just reacting.
